MOYNIHAN, CHAMPAGNE NAMED OC’S BEST DUO FOR THIRD STRAIGHT SEASON: Congrats to recently graduated seniors Sara Moynihan and Emma Champagne of the @jserra.beachvolleyball team, who have been selected as the Orange County Register’s 2026 Girls Beach Volleyball Players of the Year.
It is the third consecutive year that Moynihan and Champagne have won the award, and they are the only players to date in county history to claim the honor.
The duo helped JSerra win the Trinity League title for a fourth straight season and advance to the CIF-SS Division 1 championship match, the program’s first ever title match appearance.
Moynihan and Champagne then competed in the CIF-SS Individual Pairs Championships, where they became the first duo in school history to advance to the championship match.
