ESCOBAR NAMED OC’S BEST PITCHER FOR A SECOND STRAIGHT SEASON: Congrats to recently graduated senior Liliana Escobar of the @jserra.softball team, who was selected as the Orange County Register’s 2026 Softball Pitcher of the Year, her second straight season being recognized as the county`s best pitcher.
In 153 innings pitched this spring, Escobar posted an 18-5 overall record with a 1.28 ERA.
She broke her own single-season school record with 264 strikeouts, which included 16 games with 10 or more strikeouts.
