LIONS POSTMATCH: The tandem of junior Brookelyn Garcia and freshman Nina Yacko turned in a sweep of their doubles action by scores of 6-3, 6-0, and 6-2 to help the @jserra.girlstennis team defeat the Tesoro Titans by a score of 10-8 in a nonleague match-up at JSerra Catholic High School.
Garcia detailed battling some familiar opposition and staying composed despite a tough challenge from the Titans.
Yacko highlighted the tandem’s stellar court communication and Garcia’s consistent leadership that helped her finish strong.
