The undefeated @jserra.girlstennis team put forth another dominant road showing on Thursday, as the Lions took down the Calabasas Coyotes by a score of 16-2 in a nonleague match at Calabasas High School.

The Lions are now 4-0 and have outscored their opposition by a combined score of 58-14.

A complete sweep of doubles action helped ignite JSerra’s triumphant showing.

Freshman Brooklyn Peterson and junior Brookelyn Garcia were victorious by scores of 6-4 and 6-2 in their two sets of court action, with Peterson also teaming with sophomore Adrienne Landry for a 6-3 win.

Senior Naomi Clarke and junior Milana Leffler joined forces for triumphs of 6-3 and 6-0, with Clarke and sophomore Gretchen Warner earning a 6-1 win.

Junior Ava Levitanus and freshman Nina Yacko produced wins of 6-3 and 6-2, with Levitanus and sophomore Angela Li claiming a 6-1 victory.

Freshman Kailyn Martin enjoyed an undefeated performance in singles action, as she turned in victories of 6-3, 6-0, and 6-0.

Junior Isabella Geffre added wins of 6-3 and 6-0, while sophomore Paisley Crutchfield claimed victories of 6-0 and 6-0. ...

The @jserra.girlsgolf team picked up its’ second victory of the season on Thursday, as the Lions defeated Chadwick School by a score of 204-211 in a nonleague match at the Rolling Hills Country Club in Rolling Hills Estates.

Senior Christine Walker birdied the par-4 second hole and the par-3 ninth hole en route to shooting a score of 39.

Junior Samantha Robles also produced a 39 for her round, highlighted by back-to-back birdies on the par-4 fourth and fifth holes.

Sophomore Charlotte Smith was the third Lions’ golfer to record a score of 39 on the day, as she achieved par on six of her nine holes played in the round.

Sophomore Kerington Muro tallied a score of 41, while freshman Reagan DiPrima totaled a score of 46. ...
