The @jserra.girlstennis team suffered its’ first defeat of the season on Thursday, as the Lions fell to the Mira Costa Mustangs 15-3 in a nonleague match at Mira Costa High School in Manhattan Beach.
Senior Naomi Clarke and junior Ava Levitanus joined forces for a 6-3 in doubles action, while sophomore Emilija Mateljan and junior Milana Leffler teamed for a 6-3 win.
Sophomore Angela Li picked up a singles triumph by a score of 6-4.
