Contact Coach

Over the last 10 years, coaching has become a big part of Coach Stith’s life, but her passion for the sport started many years ago as a player herself. As a native of Chino Hills, CA, Coach Stith played for Ruben S. Ayala High School and also the Orange County Batbusters. Upon graduation in 2005, she headed north to Reno, NV to attend the University of Nevada.

From 2006-2009, Coach Stith played a big role in the growth of the newly built Wolfpack softball program which was reinstated in 2004. As a catcher and team captain, she helped lead the Wolfpack to three Western Athletic Conference (WAC) championships (2006, 2008, 2009) and three NCAA regional bids.

In 2009, Coach Stith graduated from UNR with dual degrees in Business Management and Marketing. Upon graduating, she started her career working for Frito Lay and would stay with the company for nearly 10 years holding various roles from management to finance, human resources, and sales.

In 2015, Coach Stith returned to Southern California and immediately jumped back in to coaching with the Orange County Batbusters and also began to give catching lessons. Coach Stith quickly realized coaching was her true passion and would eventually decide to pursue a full-time career in the sport.

She has held various head coach and assistant coach roles over the years and currently leads a 14u Batbusters team out of Orange County and also supports several other teams within the organization. In 2023, Coach Stith’s 14u Batbusters team won the Alliance Fastpitch National Championship, a top national event.

In December 2018, Coach Stith was hired by JSerra to lead the Lions softball team and is now heading into her 8th season.

The Lions have experienced a lot of growth in her first seven years. Last season, the Lions made program history.

They defeated Gahr, Sonora, Palos Verdes, and Great Oak to reach the CIF-SS Division 2 Championship Game (their first ever appearance in a CIF-SS title Game), before being defeated by Los Alamitos in extra innings.

Under Coach Stith’s direction, the Lions have an 106-75 record and are looking to continue to make program history in 2026.
