The JSerra Girls Volleyball team enjoyed another strong season on the hardwood this fall and were well-represented in postseason honors.

Senior Catherine Beadles and junior Katherine Nowak were selected to the CIF-SS Division 2 First Team.

Beadles set a new school record with 806 assists this season, while Nowak produced 223 kills and finished second on the team in kills per set with 3.1.

Beadles and junior Makayla Ziegler were also selected to the All-County Second Team, with Nowak being named to the All-County Third Team.

Ziegler finished the season with 320 kills, the third most in a single season in school history.

The trio helped guide the Lions to a 20-16 overall record and an appearance in both the CIF-SS Division 2 semifinals and the CIF State Championships for the second time in the last three seasons.
