JSerra juniors Sara Moynihan and Emma Champagne were once again without county peers in the sand.

The duo earned Orange County’s top Girls Beach Volleyball award for the second consecutive season, as the Orange County Register selected them as the 2025 Girls Beach Volleyball Players of the Year.

Moynihan and Champagne are the only Player of the Year award recipients in county history.

After guiding the Lions to their third straight Trinity League title and the CIF-SS Division 1 semifinals, the duo advanced to the semifinals of the CIF-SS Individual Pairs tournament for the second straight year.
